How and where can I get these receipt tokens?

You need to first deposit into the corresponding Yield Layer to receive receipt tokens. For example, if you have stETH and want to deposit it into the Sonic Eco. Earn Vault, you need to follow 2 steps:

Step 1: First, deposit your stETH into the stETH Yield Layer, and you will receive the stETH Yield Layer's receipt token - ylstETH

Step 2: Then deposit your ylstETH into the Sonic Eco. Earn Vault, and you will receive Sonic Eco. Earn's deposit receipt - ylstETH.sonic. At this point, you can enjoy multi-layer yields! Yield Layer and Receipt Token:
