# Gas Contract + EIP

Deposit some AVAX/MATIC in “Gas Contract” to cover all future automated transactions related gas fees. We suggest keeping a minimum of 2 AVAX/5 MATIC in your gas contract.

Define the automation authorization timeframe. Please make sure your to keep the authorization valid while having active position(s).

And then, choose the automated strategy you want to deposit and deposit your funds.\
